I specialize in the intersection of physical health and mental well-being, with extensive experience in both mental health and neurology settings. Rather than offering general advice, I utilize gold-standard clinical protocols to address the root of your symptoms.

I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma. My practice also integrates specialized clinical work for chronic pain (CBT-CP) and headaches (CBT-HA). We won't just talk about your symptoms; we will work to shift the underlying patterns affecting your daily functioning.

I believe therapy should be as effective as it is personal. My approach is collaborative and clinical—designed for those ready to move beyond getting by and into a life of presence and peace.
